Do I need to move my furniture before my appointment?
Yes, we ask that you move large furniture pieces (such as beds, dressers, and heavy couches) that want our team to clean underneath before our arrival. As we focus on cleaning open and accessible areas.
Can you remove all stains?
While we have advanced stain removal techniques, some stains—like bleach, permanent dye, or severe pet damage—may cause permanent discoloration. However, we’ll always assess the stain and let you know the best possible solution.
What’s the difference between carpet cleaning and carpet restoration?

How quickly should I call after a flood or leak?
